La Isola Magica

La Isola Magica is situated approximately 900 metres off the north east coast of the island of Ibiza. It can be reached very easily by boat or helicopter. The Ibiza town and the international airport are only a few minutes by car away from the nearest port.

The 600.000 square metres green island is pervaded by idyllic country pathways. On the west coast there is its own private jetty and mooring. This place offers excellent possibilities for water sports of all kinds. The beautiful beaches and turquoise waters of Formentera can be reached by motor yacht in less than 30 minutes. The island has a private jetty for mooring and many water sports activities, including jet skis, paddle surf, canoe, sailing,
snorkelling and fishing. There is a long jogging track to the lighthouse and many nature walks.

The only property on the island is situated right in the centre and has 5 double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. All rooms are modern and trendy and were decorated by internationally well-known interior designers. The quality and technical equipment of the property is very sophisticated and of the highest standard (for example SONOS Media-System and modern Samsung-TV, Internet with WiFi, LED light system).

The entire estate is surrounded by magnificently spacious terraces with breath taking views in all directions. There is a hot tub and impressive outside fitness area. The terraces have been furnished in a very modern, chill out style, and guests will appreciate the sunrises and sunsets.
