The Beach House Residence

A striking combination of French Colonial and Balinese styles, the Beach House provides a sophisticated retreat for 20 guests. The 10 suites with furniture designed by Oscar de la Renta and Richard Frinier are complete with ocean and garden views and marble ensuite bathrooms. The master suite has a private Jacuzzi room and boasts marble floors, hand crafted sculptures, and the indulgence of sheer extravagance.
An oversized Rotunda is ideal for a special dinner or a cocktail party and the doors open onto a luxurious marble terrace and an opulent heated free-form pool and swim up bar. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a wood-fired pizza oven and teppanyaki grill. A state-of-the- art gym and billiards room is also available for guests to enjoy.

The Overhang Residence

With views of the Atlantic on one side and the Caribbean on the other, the Overhang Residence offers guests a chic, contemporary experience. This home features 9 suites, large terraces, a fresh water- pool and direct beach access. Every suite offers splendid views and the relaxing sounds of the ocean lapping up against the shore will be sure to lull you to sleep at night.
The Overhang Residence features a world-class collection of contemporary art and sculptures, along with the modern luxurious decor and furnishings by famed designer Christopher Guy. A freshwater swimming pool is located on the main terrace.

The Beach Cottages

With a beachside setting, the 3 two-bedroom cottages provide guests with a more intimate island experience. No expense has been spared and each cottage features a private outdoor Jacuzzi and a large outdoor terrace. Located steps from the white sand beach and crystal blue waters, the unsurpassed splendour is truly heaven on earth.

How to get to Paradise

Best access is from Grenada, West Indies with boat or helicopter.  The nearest airport is Maurice Bishop International Airport in St George’s, Grenada. Private jets of any size
can land. There are year-round direct flights from Miami, New-York, Toronto, London, Frankfurt. Guests may also travel to and from any other Caribbean island, either charter a private plane or use Liat Airlines to access Grenada.

There are various spots for formal & informal dining, indoor & outdoor, including BBQ’s. A selection of wines and cocktails is included. A fine selection of wines and spirits and a private started Michelin chef is also on offer, at extra charge.

Terms & Conditions

– Payments: Deposit of 50% upon the signature of the rental agreement and the final payment (Other50%) 1 month before the rental.

– Security Deposit: From 10% to 50% of the rental fee (depending on the residence rented and number of guests)

– Non-disclosure agreement included in order to guarantee privacy and peace of mind for your customer

– Minimum of 3 weeks requested for setup the island before a rental

– Festive Period: only buyout available – Minimum of 7 nights

Prices include:

– Private transfers from and to airport, full hotel service, laundry, maid, security service, private chefs,

– 3 meals a day, soft drinks, selection of wines and cocktails,

– WIFI, water sport activities (windsurf, catamaran Hobby cat, kayaks, paddle- boards, jet-skis, water-skiing, wake-boarding, snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Seabob) access to all the beaches, fitness centre, tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, volleyball, petanque, use of bicycles and ATV.

– Local Tax 15% and service charge are not included

– 4/5 Nights minimum stay
