Commanding a stunning view over the tranquil waters of Como Lake experience the epitome of luxury and heritage. Steeped in history, this extraordinary residence is centuries old. Originally built in the 18th Century, by a prominent noble family from Milan, the villa was built in the neoclassical architectural style, which was fashionable during that period.  More recently the villa has been renovated for modern use, whilst recognising its heritage.

The villa boasts accommodation for up to 10 guests, across five tastefully appointed double bedrooms. Each room offers a harmonious blend of modern comforts and timeless elegance, ensuring a restful and indulgent stay. A captivating cave that hosts a remarkable wine cellar, ingeniously integrated into the natural rock formations, provides a cool sanctuary for the finest vintages

The five meticulously designed bedrooms can be adapted to double or twin rooms. Three rooms feature charming lofts and sofa beds, ideal for children, while a private studio offers solitude.

With five luxurious bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, convenience is assured. A fully equipped kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, complemented by the cave dining room for memorable experiences.

Outside, two landscaped gardens, one with a heated pool, provide a serene escape against breathtaking views.
