The property comprises a main villa and guest house.

The main house has 7 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms all designed perfectly with Ibiza finca style and modern design.

The spacious living room has an atmosphere of well-being, with a relaxing view of the sea and nature. There is a music library that’s easy to access, a fireplace for the winter season, underfloor heating, and huge, soft sofas, to sink into. In summer it is cooled by air-conditioning which is positioned to ensure that you never have cool air on your head. Adjacent is a TV lounge equipped with all the latest technology to meet the needs of all ages.

The professional indoor kitchen, which can be used exclusively by the occupants of the master bedroom has a private entrance. Goods can be stored in the utility room, with its 4 large refrigerators and easy access for a dedicated butler.

The private and separate guest house has 3 modern en-suite bedrooms rooms decorated in a sophisticated contemporary style.

The heated saltwater swimming pool has the best technology to make it enjoyable for everyone, all year including diatomaceous earth filtration, salt water and chlorine production by salt ionisation PH neutral, so you can swim with your eyes open.  The pool is cleaned and maintained every day and there is an outdoor jacuzzi.

The outdoor dining area is the perfect place to share unforgettable meals with your loved ones and has a table seating up to 30 guests. The professional Bluetooth sound system enables guests to listen to music they love while eating. The kitchen is supplied with professional equipment and a sommelier is on hand for beverages.

The Bar is an enchanting place to share wonderful moments with friends and family, listen to music, dance, sip delicious cocktails, gaze out to sea and enjoy
the colours of the sky. There is also a Club /Music room with a dance floor, bar & DJ Booth,  professional lighting and sound system and 4 toilets.

The gardens are inviting and have been inspired by the great garden architect WIRTZ. The “Ibicenco” garden, with century-old trees including olive trees, oak trees, carob trees, various fruit trees and thousands of
plants from Ibizan fish ponds maintained all year round. An African lawn that feeds on water from the dew and absorbs all the water during
storms.

Reserved to the Hacienda Blanca staff, this separate and private area provides relaxation and tranquillity for all staff members, allowing them to rest and recharge after their working days. Additionally, this ensures that the villa guests will not be disturbed by the presence of staff outside of service hours.

Most of the villa staff live on-site which ensures an exceptional level of service and personalised attention for all guests. This helps to create an unparalleled luxury experience where every detail is taken into account to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the villa’s residents.

Hacienda Bianca is located in a green setting with breathtaking views of nature and the sea, without being disturbed by the presence of cables or houses.

The ancient origin of this Finca is protected from the winds and where water, so rare in Ibiza, is found. Hacienda Blanco is proud to have its own well of pure water. Respect for nature is a priority here and major investment was made in constructing a road covered with draining asphalt and carefully laid to allow the flow of rainwater to slowly irrigate the surrounding fields. Since this was built, which also benefits the locals, nature has reclaimed its rights and the dust has given way to varied and wild vegetation typical of the island. Additionally, cars are exempt from constant cleaning, saving significant amounts of water.
